Lined (warmish) windbreaker Tennessee jacket?

My dad would like something like this for Christmas I think. He used to have one and it got old. It had fairly warm lining for a windbreaker, and he could wear it most of the winter. It also needs to have a hood and zip up all the way. You would think there would be a lot of options out there. but a simple google search is not yielding many.

Alternative: same type of jacket except Braves.

If anyone sees something like this, please let me know!
