Maybe they should have Charlie Daniels on there next week and ask him what he thinks of CLK and UT.

The opinions of the panelist are insignificant, the fact our coach was the subject of one of their talks should be the real center point of this thread...I LOVE all this attention we are getting...

and woody agreed. unbelievable. you might be unhappy with the hire, but fire the guy before the season even starts? everyone was complaining about the amount we spent on our assistnat coaches, now they want us to fire that staff and pay those severance packages? then, added to that, rebuild a completely new staff with spring practice right around the corner, not to mention the amount of money you would have to pay the new coach, which many would hope was gruden.

i think the fact that such a big deal is being made about these secondary violations is solely because kiffin called out meyer. if he hadn't, none of this would have been discussed. i will say, however, unless kiffin made those commments, there's no way ut is mentioned on around the horn today. from a public relations standpoint, getting ut in the public eye more is definitely beneficial.

Anyone know how much a 1 minute commercial runs on ESPN?

Anyone know how much a frontpage ad costs in the Tampa Tribune, Orlando Sentinel, etc.?

What about front page ad on CBSSportsline, ESPN.com, SI.com?

Anyone want to tally up how much free press Kiffin has gained in two months compared to the Mayberry PD of old?
