SEC was dominant in this year's NPF Draft once again proving it's the preeminent softball conference in the nation; SEC led the way with 18 draftees (9 programs), followed by Pac-12 with 5 draftees (3 programs), Big 12 with 4 draftees (4 programs), Sun Belt with 3 draftees (3 programs), Big 10 with 3 draftees (2 programs), and so on.

Wasn't the James Madison pitcher the first pitcher taken in the draft? Whoever gets JMU in their regional better be ready.
