Because it's being reported by Brice that JRM'S shoulder injury could be long term. Losing Kirkland hurt, losing Sutton hurt worse but losing JRM is back breaking. We are going into next week without 3 of our 4 best defenders.

Shoop is a helluva defensive mind but to say he has his work cut out for him is the understatement of the year and let's hope he can work some magic with what we have left.

This is really really bad Nation, there is no other way to spin it.

I've never seen this many injuries to so many key players on one side of the ball this early into a season. Hell maybe we really are cursed.

I actually think the Kirkland injury hurts more than any of them. We have depth behind Maybin (I think McDowell will play well) and in the secondary. But when you combine them all, it's not good.

Based on what I am watching right now with Fla - North TX the score in next weeks game could very well be (-3) to (-5). And I don't know how you determine the winner. Least negative score? Most negative points accumulated?

I think UF running backs are very average. If del Rio is out, pretty even game. Uf with slight edge because of great D.

Would be the least amount of negative points but in my opinion I would be more impressed by a team that could accumulate the MOST negative points. And that's why I have us winning -16 to -13

They have great D and we have none. No depth behind Kirkland or Sutton. McDowell is okay but still no JRM. Who is going to replace Sutton? Moseley should never see the field again please.

I'm still wondering why we haven't been better with all the talent he's had this far. He did more with less at Vandy? So in hindsight, he should be able to work up something, but then again, he's not looked as good as we thought he would

You think our defense has played pretty good? Wow.

The first two games they played well. Slow starts, but adjustments lead to shutting App state and VT down. Vs Ohio, so many inexperience players hurt us. Ultimately I think our D has been alright.

IM sorry but this a dumb post. mosley cost us {lack of coaching cb position..evidence is what we saw..)

If we had a better offense I'd agree, but if we spot SEC teams 13-14 points in the first quarter like we did App State and VT, we are going to have a seriously hard time catching up.
