ok, I'm not really going to talk much smack, just here to start a little dialogue with you Vols.

My quick take on the game: Injuries are looking to play a part on both sides, which sucks both ways, but I think may effect you guys a little more. Yeah, Berry is talented, but he's still a freshmen, and you always have to be concerned about that, especially against good WRs. Losing Caldwell hurts, but I think UF has shown that there's plenty of talent in that position to keep the offense moving along

UF defense: I'm not quite sure what to make of our second half last week. I certaintly wasn't paying quite as close attention after the first half whooping, but I think it was more a case of bad special teams/two turnovers, and a general loss of interest by the UF players. I'm not saying that UF's defense is top notch, but I certainly think that last week's second half was an exception and not the norm. The LBs look good, and the DL is improving. I'd like to think we could get a steady rush, but I'm not sure that will happen, mostly because I'm not up to speed on UT's OL situation. If they play well, I think UT will score enough to keep it interesting.

UF offense: I'm really not saying this with O&B glasses...UF's offense is probably the best in the league, and top 5 in the country. Tebow is even better tha I had hoped with his ability to quickly read coverages and make the right decisions. He seems to always hit the open receiver and know exactly when to tuck and run. I think UT's defense will have to create a lot of turnovers and get some sacks to rattle Tebow to keep UF from scoring 35+

Score prediction - UF 38, UT 23

I would rather have Berry in than who we had (Gaines is not good). I heard Harvin had tendonitis in his knee and achillies so that's something to watch out for.

Our D is in no way top notch but what Tebow has done so far is not impressive IMO. Of course he's been hitting wr's. They have been wide open. The competion you guys have played so far is pathetic. That being said you very well might have one of the top offenses in the country. You might not find that out though because our D is not very good.

I think Florida's youth on D could be an issue for you guys in this game. If Ainge has time he can carve up a secondary. That's something to look for IMO.

I think Florida will win because our D stinks.

I really hate when people say that. These are 2nd/3rd team guys playing to get noticed by the coaches and move up a spot. If they lost interest then it's a whole different problem. Also remember, those guys are 1 play away from getting in the game.

for some reason, I remember him making Laron Landry his woman last year against LSU.
Guess that ain't a real D

Tebow has never played a real defense. buyer beware.

I would say your O is real good but has not been tested your D well they say D's win championships and yours LAST year was verry good but gone this year. I say we will run over then keep you O off the field and win a cloose one 35-21.

Crompton trucked a guy in his first series at LSU last year too..
it happens
people make plays sometimes
kid's pretty darn good and played well last year.. but if he didn't play well, he had leak and a helluva defense to make it look good

Well, I would never admit that UF will win because............I hate UF (duh). But, I watched their two games this season. They were playing powdercakes. WRs were open like Britney Spears. Tebow has not seen a real defense. This game serves as an early indicator to see where both teams stand every year. So far, we've played tougher opponents. Does that necessarily mean anything? Yes and no. Let's just watch the game.

if we beat UF, it wont be Tebow's fault

why do you say that? He wouldn't be the first first year starter to make cruicial mistakes in close 4th quarter games. Actually it would be really impresive if he didn't make said mistakes.

Didn't you hear...Tebow is Chuck Norris playing football

Because Tebow is God you didn't know? It amazes me how people (especially UT fans) think Tebow is great. He's looked sharp in the 2 games played so far. But Tebow is a 1st year starter. UT doesn't have a spectacular D, however it's head and shoulders above Troy and WKU.

I think it's going to be more about how Tebow responds to his mistakes. Leak would throw an INT and have a really good scoring drive the next series. We'll see what Tebow's composure is like.

Not a bad predication from the other side. I would add some more points on both sides, but probably would not bet on Tennessee to win this one.

Has there been a bedrock sighting?
thought he was playing QB lefthanded for the Gators this past weekend, but they kept saying it was Tebow. The individual in Tebow's uniform was actually a part of LGs argument that Meyer is hiding the good stuff until our game.
