Transferred to Louisiana Tech. He was 4th string on the depth chart when he left, and that was before Bryce Brown and David Oku arrived on campus.

No. Creer and WR Ahmad Paige both (hence the minor league comment) transferred to LA Tech, but they are still FBS (Division 1-A) so they still have to sit out the '09 season.

Sure he is. I hope he gets drafted eventually by the Bucs. I'd love to see how Gruden uses him.

If you would have checked out the link that Vader provided,there was another link telling that Creer would have to sit out the 2009 season(per ncaa rules)but would have 2 years of eligibility remaining.
