Phil Jackson said in an interview that Kobe Bryant was a better all around player & better talent with the ball than Jordan was, he said that he never asked Jordan to be a playmaker or to take over a game & win it for them but that he has asked Kobe repeatedly to do that.

He is just pumping up his guy's ego. He knows better than that. MJ in his prime is better than Kobe in his prime.
