Seems some former players from Penn State, including Lavar Arrington are furious Tom Bradley did not get the job.

"I will put my Butkus [Award] in storage. I will put my Alamo Bowl MVP trophy in storage," Arrington told the Penn State Rivals.com website, BlueWhite Illustrated.

"Jerseys, anything Penn State, in storage. Wherever Tom Bradley goes, that's the school I will start to put memorabilia up in my home. I'm done. I'm done with Penn State. If they're done with us, I'm done with them."

Seems pretty unrealistic to expect Penn State to hire someone who was on the staff with JoePa. It seemed obvious they would try to go in another direction.

I hope Bradley ends up in some dive of a school like Miss St. :)

or Saginaw Valley State. :)

Somewhere that LA can be the only person on the planet wearing their jersey.

Gotta remember that this is the first new head coach in many Penn State fans' lifetimes. Probably a sorry excuse, but they aren't familiar with head coaching searches.

They had to get away from any "current" connections. Sounds like alot of ex players are more upset with the new hiring than the incident that prompted all of this mess.

There was no way they could touch anyone(no pun intended) that had any connection with Joe Pa

I agree 100%, you would think the players would understand how bad this is looked upon by everyone.

I'm in firm belief that the Penn State football program should be permanently shut down.
