They'll use prefabricated buildings either on top of a concrete floor or concrete pavers. It'll look like a solid structure as opposed to tents. They built a 1000 bed hospital in Beijing for the SARs outbreak in 7 days so they'll likely aim to beat that time. That was back in 2003 so it may look even more impressive this time around.
