Last year our record was 17-11 (9-7)

This year our record is 18-11 (9-7)

Last year we won the next 2 games (a Mizzou team that was a Quality win) plus 1 tourney game, but lose the next. (3-1)

This year??

This is so scary...

So you're saying......no...can't say that. We are no better. Zero improvement. Maybe the field is weaker this year and we make it it IF we win three in a row here.

What was the RPI last year at this point? What is it today?

Don't know but our SoS this year is top 20. Makes this years record a little more impressive.

Our RPI is much better. We were not in the 40s this time last year.

Yeah we caught a lucky break that most of the teams we have played have been better than they were originally thought to be.

Lets face it. We have work to do. Simple as that. Im glad were in a position that we are because a month ago all of volnation thought for sure we were headed towards the nit---to be within a couple of wins of being a lock is making volnation smile im sure.....:d

No way this team should have 11 loses. 5 or 6 should be it! The Mizzou game on Sat might decide NCAA or NIT. Let's all show up at TBA & do our part.
GO VOLS!

I'm just glad we played Virginia when we did as opposed to now.

I'd venture to guess a 60 point swing from game to game should we play them again.

We are 17-11 this year. Tusculum doesn't count. Same record as last year.

So you think we beat them by 90 this time if we play them again....

Exactly the committee doesn't take it in to account so we have the same record.

wtf

you agreed with the fact he presented (the win counts) then contradicted it (we have the same record --> the win doesn't count)

you all are kidding yourselves if you think the committee really counts the Tusculum game as a win behind closed doors. Tusculum played it as an exhibition game.

This is why we schedule it. It was a win that didn't hurt our RPI like it would if we scheduled another cupcake team who was D1. It was smart move by Zo to schedule that game.

Still gotta beat Auburn tonight, not a given. Auburn is playing pretty BB right now.
