It was so surreal to watch the game last night. Its time for a change and I was still a little sad when they had the press conference. But last night it really hit me. I was listening to fulmer talk and he said he still wanted to coach and I just don't see him in antthing but ut orange. I think if I was him I would just retire and keep my career at UT. I'm really excited and nervous and all that about lane though! It would just feel weird to play against a fulmer coached team! Even though I hope we kick their ass!

Same thoughts as you here. I want to see him succeed. Just not against the Vols!

I hope he goes to Clemson. We probably won't have to play against him, and he can kick Spurrier's butt a few more times.

I do feel it was time for a change, but I did get a little teary eyed last night at the end of the game.

It was surreal indeed, I watched those final seconds start ticking off and I said to myself, Well....Here it is, The end of an incredible era...Was a bit choked up watching the players carry him off the field the way he deserved...He's always going to be a Tennessee VOL no matter if he retires or goes to another school.
