Even if this kid turns out to be a "Eli to Peyton" type comparison (skill wise NOT commitment wise!) this is still a very good thing....though, 13?!? There "might" be a few things change before he graduates. Just maybe.

IMO, this is a prime example of these recruiting sites/reporters taking $hit too far. A 13 yr old says he's "committed to UT", was he even offered a scholarship? Is he even elligible under NCAA guidelines?
