Frank Wilson explained that veterans like Jones, Moore, and Hancock were in the game at the end (vs the freshmen) because the staff had married themselves to the run game at that point and they are simply better blockers.

Makes sense

is it me or did CFW look like he was ready to throw up on Bob Kesling?

He looked utterly disgusted at their performance. I didn't tune in early enough for CLK, but I imagine he looked similar.

Has nothing to do with it..

I see a little man in a big mans job....he has a coaching record of 6-16!!

I see a someone that got a job because of his Daddy

Pound for Pound he's a third (fourth?) of what Phil was. But neuron for neuron he's four times what we had and then some.

What's your coaching record there big guy?

Give it a rest.

Those are your words. No one is hanging on to Fulmer he is no longer here. I'm reminiscing about tradition..which will forge our path to the future..

It has been 11 years since we won the conference. Does that not bother you? These high school players now do not even remember what you are reminiscing about. They know Peyton and that is probably it. He is on the backside of his NFL career as well. I loved the 90's in Knoxville. I was a student then but I can't say you keep a coach that has not won the conference in 11 years.

For real grow up. It's embarrassing to read all of this non-sense on here. Why do people always insult Phil's weight it's childish. While Phil made a lot of mistakes and left the program on a lower level than FL & UA, he also won a National Title and 2 SEC Championships for that I am grateful. Thank you Phil. However I am glad he's gone and glad CLK is our new coach. Give it time we will be ok.

good gosh, i didnt realize all the fumbles that bounced right back to them.

I will tell you what. That was the most frustrating thing about Saturday. Every time (at least 4) they fumbled, the ball bounced right back to them. It was ridiculous. Our fumbled snap went straight downfield to the d-line.
