I'm not sold on Arizona. I think Baylor takes them out in round 1. Tennessee wins in round 1 and round 2. That means a day off for the team and sets Monica up for a nice couple of games.

Still can't believe we got screwed with the #5 seed. I don't see how they put us any lower than a 3 to be honest.

Yeah, that was stupid, but I would call it a failure if we go 4 years with Monica Abbott and don't win a championship with 3 trips to WCWS. This has to be the year.

I'm pretty sure that it is now single elimination until the championship game. So.. 'win one, lose one' is the end of the rope...

**Edit. After looking again at that bracket, I was wrong. it is double elimination. My bad.

And, actually, it is made even more difficult to predict who plays whom afterthe second round because of the crossover games. If I am not mistaken, the second place team in each half of the bracket (there will be two 2-0 teams and two 2-1 teams in the final four) cross over to play the first seeds in the other half. So, If tennessee wins, loses, and wins again, they'll play the 2-0 team in the other half... maybe Northwestern? That's why the four losses in the WCWS the last two years have come to the four finalists.
