She really deserved it. As huge as Alivya’s game against EKU was, scoring the winning goals against #1 UNC and #4 UCLA is simply outstanding.

She is a finisher something we have lacked in recent years. Fusco was great but she rarely finished.

Like you said, you either have it or you don’t.

I don’t know if you saw the EKU game. But the little I saw of Abby Batts, the freshman impressed me. You can tell she has that flair that a lot of the best players have. In time I believe she is gonna be a star at UT.

Totally agree! Jaida had it, but she just had such a hard time coming back from her injuries. Kam Simmons too (boo FSU ). Kudos to Joe and his staff for filling that need.

I looked up LMU 1 game at UCSB and they were out shot 27 to 10, but still won 2 to 1. Just looking at the box score LMU doesn't seem all that good. However, UT had 1 shot at UCLA and still won so who knows.
