Great volleyball weekend coming up.

I don't know whether Alabama will beat South Carolina or vice versa but it doesn't really matter, they will run into a determine Florida who will likely sweep.

That will set up an epic rematch between Florida and Tennessee.

The LVs been very steady while Florida has been Jekyll and Hyde. Who will show up? The team that got swept by Marquette and lost 1-3 to South Carolina, or the team that knocked off Pitt?

This should be a great match, although the winner gets the dubious honor of trying to knock off Kentucky

We’ve looked much better this season. Really only one “bad” loss to mizzou but they were really on a roll during that stretch.

Kiki finally started playing like that player she was billed as when she was the #1 recruit. Plante’s improvement has also been really key for this team. She’s really a versatile player.

Alabama wins an entertaining match. All sets were close (except the third), but Alabama had too much. Now they have to hope for an off game by Florida, because if Florida is on, it will be a sweep.

Florida sweeps. First and third sets were very close 25 – 23 but the second was a blowout as noted. Second set was reasonably close but Florida (Stucky) went on a 14 -0 run and it was effectively over. When Florida is on they are hard to beat but but at times they are more ordinary. We'll see who shows up tomorrow.

I tuned in and UK immediately went on a short run. Darn.

Is it just my TV set, or does our orange look a touch brownish? We look in-between Tennessee orange and Texas brown to me.
