Rodney Garner was still recovering from off-season surgery when 2028 five-star Kellan Hall was in town in the spring. But it is clear that those two have hit it off early on in the process. The talented defensive lineman clearly enjoyed his time around the veteran coach on Saturday, and the Vols appear to be firmly in this recruitment heading into a crucial stretch of fall visits. Hall is currently planning to commit in December.
