...and he is queer.

Raja Bell got a game for letting that rapist Kobe fall to the floor about 4 years ago, but now when that thug Kobe throws a full blown elbow, he just gets a flagrant foul and no suspension?

The NBA is fixed and favors stars more than any organization in professional sports... and Kobe is a dirtbag rapist that stalks little girls and throws cheapshot elbows.

Kobe defenders... stand up.

Im what you would call a causual NBA viewer. Fan of no one. That said, the league needs its stars in the game, not on the bench. Therefore, I was not surprised at all that Kobe did not get penalized for this. Further proof as to why I am a causual viewer only.

there is no way Kobe should have been suspended for that play.

I would agree, but I dont think the even gave him a tech. I think it merits that at the least.

maybe, but refs struggle to give out techs for things they don't see, especially minor things that are part and parcel to wrangling under the basket.

I'll agree that fighting under the goal is and should be fair game, however, I hope for consistency throughout. If its a no call/no penalty in game two, it had better be a nocall/no penalty in game 7. With it gaining this much attention, through Artest's statments and Kobe's reaction, I fear that they will be looking for it.
