You realize shooting percentages aren’t perfectly correlated with defense, right? South Carolina’s defense is statistically better than Ole Miss by about 20 spots yet we shot far worse against Ole Miss which kind of defeats your whole argument.

Some people would prefer Tennessee lose every game so they have something to complain about rather than be happy we might be turning a corner and figuring out our offense. Truly miserable people.
