And his stats are even significantly better in conference play. Without him I think we would have lost at least 6 additional games....and perhaps a couple more. (at South Carolina, Auburn, at Missouri, at Vandy, Florida, at Georgia, Illinois, at Wisconsin)

I love watching a talented player with the heart that refuses to lose. Seeing him play yesterday, driving to the basket, making plays out of nothing, he's a special player that only comes along once in a while. I wished he had another year to play here.

My son-in-law who is a Gator fan says that he does not think TN is even a top 15 team without DK. I told him he was delusional.

It’s impossible to say because you never know how the team chemistry and contribution would adjust. But it’s not that hard to envision with some of the slumps our other guys have hit.

He's right. Tennessee has two consistent scorers.
DK and ZZ.
You can play defense till the sun goes down but you've got to score the basketball.
As long as DK and ZZ have great games this team can go deep in tourney play.

I have been thinking that our guys aren’t quite as good because they are taking fewer shots due to more shots taken by ZZ, Aidoo and Knecht. I am not sure if we have any one and dones coming in, but if we don’t we definitely will need to hit the transfer portal.

His road numbers are truly remarkable. You know a guy is elite whenever his numbers are even better on the road than at home. That is not normal.
