Kirk Herbstreit just picked Tim Tebow as the SEC MVP??!!

most definently these guys stand out as the greats. McFadden will be up their before the end of his career.

yeah, your probably right. i'm just a little bias towards the guys i watched growing up. the same way i believe there is no one in the nba today close to being the talent michael jordan was. not kobe, grant hill, ray allen, lebron, wade, or anyone else in the present or past that has been crowned the next michael jordan by the media.

ya webb was unbelievable. its to bad he blew out his knee.

I've seen both play many times. I stand by my statement. I watched UT put 8 to 10 guys in the box and he still got his. This kid is a true rare talent. I hate it and am not knocking Emmitt nor Jamal or Webb. I just don't think they had the combo talent this kid has.

this may be an overstatement to some, but seriously chuck webb was the best running back that i have ever seen play at the college level. just my opinion of course. the best thing about chuck was that he knew that he was the best, not cocky, just confident. i remember the interview during the 1990 notre dame game when he said if he was playing the score would be alot different. another thing he was tough. i was at the game that he was injured in and i remember thinking that it wasn't serious because he got up walked off without help.

Im sure alot of people would disagree with me, but the rrocket, Ishmael (sp.) when he was at ND was something special. In Neyland against us we couldnt stop him from turning the corner even when we knew what play was coming, and when he turned the corner it was over. But, yeah, Webb was special, in a class by himself. the last I heard he was selling insurance in Toledo.

yeah, i was very disappointed with his career or lack of a career. i'll always wonder how great a career he possibly could have had in the pros.

i think thats ridiculous, Herbstriet is an idiot... and then when they were goin to commercial they said stay tuned for who Herbstriet picks to play in the SEC champ game and they were showing clips of Kentucky, i sure hope he doesnt say anything that stupid on national tv

it is not that bad of pick in meyer's offense. he will have alot of yards passing and running.

He has the Big 10 especially OSU so fixed on the brain he can't see anything.Since Florida gave his college a thumping, sure he'd try to make them look better.
