Can't wait to see this kid play. Also noticed he's wearing number one.

Whichever position Kongbo plays I hope he is as successful as everybody thinks he will be. All signs sure point to him being a star, from his film and the work he has been putting in and the drive and confidence he seems to have to Shoop being a coach that his players tend to play over their own heads. I do want to see him play before I crown him but man, I think he will be legit! 120 needs him to play some at tackle too so I hope he is ready.

Yes, and that was announced a good while back. In fact, Kahlil wore 99 during spring practice.

Try to keep up.

It was easy to miss during the Kongbo recruitment. And just a freakin number! :)

I heard he will also play QB, RB, kick field goals, conduct the band, make the grass grow on Shields-Watkins field, be consulted on future coaching hires in any sport, and cure cancer. And I am sure I left out something.

I will wait to see him in action before I get excited about quite possibly the least experienced football player on the team. Maybe he is all world, and is truly dominant. Then again, he might just guard the water bucket at the end of the bench, and tackle anyone who comes near it.

Look at his film again. I saw it, and his opponents looked not much better and bigger than your average HS players. I want to see how he plays against QUALITY players. If I hear reports when practice starts he is giving fits in the circle of life against Robertson or Thomas, I might join you boys in your ooh and aah festival. But not quite yet.

This is the appropriate place to ask that question for people who have a life and aren't just lurking here all day waiting to be a smart Azz.

You left out asst. defensive coordinator and be on dancing with the stars. That's kinda what I was saying, everybody has sure hyped him up so I sure hope he lives up to it. It sure seems he will be stud, but so have several other players over the years that never reached on the field where they were in people's minds. Especially when they are in their 1st year and not even in the program but a couple months before lining up vs PROVEN studs. I kinda think his film looked typical of a SEC level players film but I admit I may not have paid as much attn to the atheletes he was playing against. No doubt he is working hard and has every chance to be great though. We shall see either way.
