I make take some heat for this, but I don't think this is a terrible team. We are just a team that has no idea how to finish. Whether it is on 3rd and long or a close game in the 4th quarter, we just can't make plays when we need them the most. I think this comes straight from the top. This year is the culmination of the past 5-6 years. We have sat on leads and played conservative no matter the situation. This type of play has seeped into our persona and we have no idea how to put the heat on other teams.
