I don’t know. The right to speak freely without the government arresting you doesn’t mean you are free from consequences by other parties. I mean if a kid swears in front of his parents he doesn’t get to say “freedom of speech” to avoid a punishment. I don’t get to call my boss an idiot without getting fired.
What’s crazy is that nowadays it seems like people claim freedom of speech when they want to be free of consequences while insisting they also have the right to not be offended by others speech. It doesn’t work that way.
