December in knoxville sucks....Period...One big reason I moved to beautiful sunny Miami where the temps in december are around 70-75 degrees...So I guess Bloodrunzorange you will just have to hold your breath, stomp your feet and throw a hissy fit.

Wonderful in the winter, but Florida has a "hellaciously" bad climate in the summer. Very hot and ridiculously humid.

See us Vol fans weren't acting irrational. We new Laney was cold here and someone graciously sacrificed their coach to build a fire to make him more comfortable..see it even has a built in seat for him. And people said we are fanatical here in Knoxville. more like gracious hosts i would say.

Of course I have. And back in July when the weather was in the mid-nineties, the relative humidity was from 25-37 per cent in the afternoon, even though it was hot. South Florida will never have that. Problem is that we are having S. Florida type humidities with the heat here now, a little bit unusual, even in August.
