so when in NCAA history have self-reported secondary violations been a problem (whether they were reckless or calculated)? The only difference seems to be that UT is releasing all of them them to the media (doing your work for you) when they aren't forced to. Seems pretty calculated to me

All these writers harping on Kiffin are just getting lazy and taking the easy way out. Why don't they investigate the whole process and see just how common this practice really is?
