Wow, that is motivating. Have to admit I've been absent and uninterested for a while but that was a good read and I am beginning to be very excited about next year and the following years as well.

Good article. I still don't understand why everyone thinks our coaches (in total) are getting paid bazillions more than any other coaching staff in the nation. They must be very fond of those "fuzzy math" principles we heard about a few elections ago...

Staff is looking good except for one piece, Orgeron. He is a twelve year old trapped in a man's body and is a freaking dork, I don't care how well he can recruit he is a zit on the ass of college football. He needs to be at a h.s. where he can get appreciated for is stoopid antics. If true, this entire episode is embarrasing for UT;

"When they arrived that day at the condo, Orgeron was standing out on the balcony of the top floor and saw the Kiffins before they saw him.

He started bellowing in his deep baritone twang, "I knew ya'll were coming. I could feel it. I just knew."

The Kiffins got on the elevator and were greeted at the door by a smirking Orgeron.

"We had this whole plan to sell him on and why he needed to come to Tennessee," Lane recounted. "But he meets us at the door and says, 'Before ya'll start, I don't care what you're here to say ... I'm coming."

THAT IS NOT WHAT A GROWN MAN DOES. I'm a VOL and looking forward to next season, but I'd rather not done w/that oaf. At some point Orgeron will be a liability. Then about that time Monte will retire and all these awesome NFL asst. coaches will leave to go back to the NFL or will get snatched away to be head coaches some place else. If that happens the wheels will fall off and UT will be in bad shape again.

Thanks Hamilton, this firing/hiring ordeal will mean your future. If this hit job on the last Football Admin. blows up in your face we won't have to worry about you messing w/the history and traditions of UT. :popcorn:
I'm quite certain your Fulmer loving babble will be better appreciated at GVX. Nobody here remotely gives a damn about your opinion of Ed Orgeron.

no matter what they're always nega-vols they can take CLK talking about how much he loves it @ Tennessee and spin it to he wont be here long and we got NCAA violations coming, i mean every recruiting thread i read on here he's commiting NCAA violations. Are you guys behind this program or you guys just behind the scene Florida and Bammers?

Co-signed. I'm sure the good folks at Ole Miss share your sentiment. Feel free to join them. The Commodores might be looking for an ignorant Admiral as well.

It appears that CLK has a set of clangers......always good equipment if you are coaching in the SEC.

I like the fact that they have a product to offer recruits. Anybody with any sense will want to go to a school that preps you for the future. Flooding the NFL with talent and winning NCs do not have to be mutually exclusive events.

I may have to allow myself another nanosmidgen of hope.
