Kiffin and Carroll went to EB's school to recruit him back in the day, but knew he would be going to UT. Kiffin has much respect for EB on and off the field and wants all of the players to take a page from the EB book as far as attitude both on and off the field.

Some of us are not so fortunate freak. I'm off this sun but I have to work 12 hour next sunday. Of course I get to miss the SB also. Can't complain though, got get paid in a down economy kinfolk. It also helps that sun are double time!.

Isn't this interview a bit old? not ripping on you for posting it, because it's a good interview! Just thought i remember seeing this one a while back.

On Eric Berry: tremendous TREMENDOUS kid, even back in high school, really understood even back then how to be a student athelete and has carried that here. He's a fantastic player, Monte is excited as well having someone like him to build your defense around. Somebody they'll put in a bunch of different positions to make plays. He's a dynamic competitor, and the players really respect him by the way that he works and carries himself on and off the field.

This is word for word, his last two sentences:
"That's what we want our culture to be, we want Eric Berry. Everyone wants him as a player, we want our culture to be like Eric Berry is on and off the field."
