In terms of assistant coach turn over, will CLK retain the majority of his coaching staff like Fulmer or will the staff consistently turn over like Majors staffs seemed to always do?

Good assistants work their way up the career ladder. Attrition is normal and natural on a high caliber staff. The secret is replacing good assistants with good assistants.
Let's face it. If these guys win just 3 games next year there will be people on this board that will want ALL of them to leave. College fans, especially Vols fans, want results quickly.

Must be a management challenge not only having your dad as an assistant but having a recent head coach as an assistant. I'm sure that situation cuts both ways.
