We can look like people that can forgive and forget. Instead of an angry mob. Plus he is the best coach available. Plus Monty could come along too. We can change our image and get a guy that isn’t afraid of Saban. But if we squabble amongst ourselves we will end up with Doerren and not many want that.
Not to mention Kiffin has been on every tv show and radio station lately with very good PR. The media actually likes him. And he can coach a little too.

A Kiffin hire would be a damn embarrassment and he is anything but a great coach.



He got his dumb a.. fired coaching a roster of 4 and 5 star athletes.

Passing on Kiff for this 15-25 ACC coach that cant even get an extension at NC State is criminal. I'm game for Lane, but these guys wouldn't know a good hire if it bit them.

At USC while they were on HARSH probation? Sure...he had some 4/5 star guys, but that team was not allowed to be "loaded". You ok with the NC State guy that has been on the hot seat for the last few years THERE? Come on. Kiff is the only coach that has a winning record as an SEC head coach.

no matter who the hire is, we look desperate and Currie looks like he has no clue what he's doing. Good news....Kiffin is a good coach and all will be forgotten when he starts balling.

Kiffin has absolutely never been "good PR", ever. A few people who yell louder than others is not a majority. It's an annoyance.

You all just lack the creativity to think of any other coaches so you go back to the guy who began the downfall of our program and has absolutely zero loyalty to anyone.

Are people just assuming he won't be bringing Kendal Briles with him or forgetting that he even exists. Preventing the hire of a coach associated with an older scandal and then bringing in another from a very recent large one= one of the easiest kill shots the media has ever had.
