Expect Lane Kiffin's staff to soon start taking shape. Kiffin's father, Monte, will join the staff as defensive coordinator now that his NFL season has finished. The key question is whether Lane Kiffin will hire a coordinator to run the offense or if he will run it himself. Kiffin has interviewed former Syracuse offensive coordinator Mitch Browning and St. Louis Rams tight ends coach Jim Chaney, who was offensive coordinator at Purdue from 1997-2005 before joining the Rams' staff. Kiffin also has interviewed former Auburn running backs coach Eddie Gran, who is well-connected in SEC recruiting circles.

I seriously wish the guy all the luck in the world...but.... he has a "mailbag" segment and he says "he hopes to be a broadcaster when he grows up" And then said "on radio"... at least someone is giving hime good advice that he doesn't have the face for TV, now we have to work on the speaking ability and the accent, although he may be a big hit on an independant AM station out of Lafollette  He may want to stick with print jouralism.
