D4H is the most bandwagonning fan on the planet. Vols win an ugly OOC game and he is "through with them" and their "garbage QB."

Now, he is starting thread after thread and talking about how to beat Alabama. I'm sure he was high giving everybody during the comeback on Saturday, too, and talking about how much he loves this team and always knew Dobbs was great.

I'm sure if we play poorly on Saturday, he will yo-yo back to "through" status.

Nobody likes a bandwagon fan. They are the worst.

I mostly agree with Original Poster. We should probably make it 60% pass & 40% run on 1st down against Bama.

I thought when we went empty yesterday we were very good and dynamic. We re going to have set up some sluggo's next weekend with as many slants as we threw. Bama's corners will be playing up for sure.

I would bet most teams think they know the key to beating Alabama. If an anonymous poster on the internet has thought of it then you know other coaches have. The problem lies in executing it. Saban is just smarter than 99% of the other coaches in the country.

OM lit the Alabama secondary up in the first half. Great. Grand. Did that lead to a win? Gotta give ya a big fat no.

The key to beating Bama is you have to have great depth, excellent execution and excellent coaching. Long story short, beating Alabama is much easier said than done.

I think we gotta mix it up more on 1st down. Everybody and their brother knows we are gonna run. Get the LB's back. We can't face 2nd and 3rd and long against bama. We won't survive. We need good long drives to keep Kiffins offense off the field. Shoop has one hand tied behind his back with all the injuries before we even kickoff. Gotta throw more on 1st down, not all the time. Just mix it up.

The key will be winning the turnover battle and drastically cutting the penalties. Actually, against a team as talented and well coached as Bama, we really need a perfect day in the turnover department. Penalties are going to come but we have to eliminate the 15 yard stupid ones. UT will have to play their best game of the season and it will have to be a total game. They need every phase to be clicking and we need it clicking from the opening kick. Give our history to date combined with our ever increasing injury situation, that's a tall hill to climb vs Bama. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.....IMO.

I've been mostly a lurker on here and just take in the information, but really D4H? You are going to publicly trash and quit on the team, but then come back like nothing happened when they keep performing? At least create a new username so everyone won't know the fraud you are. I bet if Bama wins you'll pull out the old mark ingram jersey. If a&m beats Bama you'll throw on your old manziel jersey.
