Today was CJP’s first day back on the job, no one stopping him from hiring anyone.

Pruitt could leak out that Urban Meyer and Bob Stoops are on his radar for what it matters...........he's not hiring anyone. Apparently it's finally came to his realization that he's in big trouble here and that UT is actually trying to figure out a way to fire him for cause and avoid paying him one cent of a buyout. That's why this whole thing is seemingly dragging out. And if a week or two more can save the University 12 million dollars then it's well worth it. Maybe they'd use some of that money to go get a real coach like Campbell, Herman, or Fickell.

Supposedly he already interviewed a few people via zoom but is unable to hire anyone yet. Kind of goes right along with Tennessee hiring outside investigation of football program as well.
