Fulmer doesn't want to lose that bad. If he wanted to just coach he'd be coaching already. I'm sure everyone knows that you can't win big time at Kentucky in football. If they'd supported Bear when he was there just think how their fortunes might be totally different in football. It's a basketball school and will always be a basketball school.
