Here are the facts:

all anyone needs to be in top peak shape is a rack of dumb bells that go to 125, a squat rack with weights going to 600, a few leg machines, and a treadmill.

Everything else is just icing on the cake and for looks.

I love the Vol weight room but their gym would also do the job.

Raylan Givens has fought the drug trade pretty damn well, IMO.

Almost accidently due to him being US Marshall...Boyd keeps drawing him in...great show! :eek:k:

Wow! I didn't know the SC coach from Kentucky posts on here! Thanks for the expert insight. Now all the recruits know what is really needed!

Anybody who has actively worked out in a gym throughout their life (clearly not you Cletus) knew that already.

Sorry to welcome you to the wild wonderful world of exercise.

You can now return to your twinkies and wondering what your feet and penis actually look like.

Even with all of our superior facilities we still aren't much better. It doesn't do any good to have all that nice stuff if you're going to finish close to the bottom in the conference.

the guy being interviewed is titled "high performance coach"

Have they been using the low performance coach instead all these years?

Let's see here ... Calling people names (Cletus), judging people (physically) and commenting on their diet ... Sounds like an Obama supporter to me. You know the libs that know it all and like to tell everyone else what to think ...

Trust me, if you saw me you would realize how ignorant your comments really are! You do not have a clue what equipment is needed for college athletes! lol
