need some help guys


I Tivoed and recorded on DVD at the same the KY replay on Sports South Sunday night. I did it on the Tivo just for convenience.

Anyway, the listings showed 2 hours for the duration, but I woke up around 1am (30min or so after it was supposed to be over) and it was still going so my recordings missed the best part!!!!

Does anyone know how long the replay is? I could just record for 6 or 8 hours on my DVD burner, but it loses quality the longer you set it to record for. I was thinking about setting it to 3 hours thinking that would be enough, but if someone knows the actual length of the replay it would be greatly appreciated.



btw, for anyone interested, it is on tonight at 8:3pm cnetral on Sports South

that is what I heard too, but the replays on SS shouldn't be that long

If I remember correctly they cut out all of the dead air time etc... so it should be a good bit less than that, but I could be wrong

No, you're right they cut out all of bull. They really going to have to cut it down to get a hour game to fit into normal programing.

I cannot express how excited I would be to cover someone's expenses for a copy of the UK game. Gainesville TV switched to the kickoff of the UF-FSU game while UT led 31-28. No Sport South down here. I'd prefer CBS from Saturday, but a copy of the Sport South replay would be excellent. Please? :bow2:

Ok guys, I feel like a moron (no comments needed). When I got home I played it on Tivo and ff to the end to see at what point the recording ended and it was all on there.

What must have happened is that I must have paused the live tv that night so that when I woke up the game was still showing, but the record light was off. Like I said, it was 1am so I didn't do any investigation so the length was actually 2hrs as advertised.

It would be nice to see the game in it ENTIRITY. I didn't have that opportunity because those :censored: at CBS decided the FL-FSU game was more important than a thrilling game that had the SECE on the line.

THEY CUT OFF THE GAME WITH 4 MINS LEFT!!! :realmad:

Let me tell you, that was an exciting game. The wife and I just watched the replay again from the PF show and it had my heart beating hard all over again, and short of breath. Both of us were clapping again when they got the sack on Woodson to end the game.
