:cray:ugh your right about that...

it's college football though...this kinda stuff happens in and out

the best think to do is stand tall, look them in the eye, and say "yep you won. good game" that's it. It hurts as a sports fan, but it's the most mature way of handling it and can end it quickly without looking foolish

Meh, we can just "steal" their signals again this year. Problem = solution.

Let them have their day - I can't imagine what it would feel like to be a fan of a team so historically irrevelant that they hold the two longest losing streaks in the nation.

Following that stellar play (congratulations Vandy - it's been a long time coming), I now have a little optimism towards UT 's chances against Kentucky. That was a pathetic performance (HOW do you rough the punter THREE times?) which looked much closer than it was thanks to Vandy essentially giving away 14.

A little change of pace here guys........ Do you think we will do any thing special for the UK game? All orange jerseys, all black or the uniforms from the UNLV game in 04? Just wondering.

yeah that goes right along with their NFL/NBA draft policy: "if you have a highlight of this player against UT, doesn't matter how the game went: show it!"

Its funny to see how the fans of just about EVERY D1 program think that ESPN is totally against them in some conspiracy-theory kinda way. Bama fans think it, as do OSU, Florida, Michigan...... its a little ridiculous to think a TV channel would have some sort of vendetta against a particular school.

i get your point. if you look at some of my other subject posts on this subject, i dont think that ESPN has a vendetta against UT per se, but i think in their eyes they see the university's fans as rednecks/hillbillies/bumpkins/beneath them...and they show some disdain for the university b/c of that

oh, and espn LOVES florida; they have a massive one for tebow and meyer
