Same story, 43rd verse. Just a bunch of sad folks being bankrolled by a machine that is under the delusion that if they could just get CPF deposed under oath, the whole Vol program will come crashing down. I think the $480 million is a typo (extra zero).

Still it's insane.

It's also a bit ironic if you think about it. Due to actions by their own attorneys, the Smiths find information about them revealed to the public. As a result, those same attorneys sue for public disclosure of this information!

Unfreakin' believable :p

I read a post somewhere today addressing this issue. The post read something like "do those bammer idiots actually believe that an ELECTED judge in Knox County will rule against Fulmer?"

There may be a good point there.

The bad news of this logic is that the Cottrell - Williams case is to be tried in Tuscaloosa County :yikes:

Somebody try to convince me that Gallion on Finebaum for the last year or so hasn't been an effort to taint the jury pool.

I find it a little more than interesting that "The Smiths' attorney, David Buuck of Knoxville," is not listed in the phone book and an internet search yields only a Knoxville P.O. Box listing.
