Is it me or does seem like under the CBJ regime............soooo many players are having sooo many 3-4+ (out of action) injuries/surgeries....something is just NOT right, but im probably over analyzing.....
No one can deny that there are way more injuries for us than the average team. 1 year may equal crap luck, but this is 2-3 years now.
Strength and conditioning absolutely play a role, especially when you see a trend like this over multiple seasons.
Think about how many injuries to key guys Alabama this year and in previous years. I can only think of two (Eddie Jackson and Bo Scarborough) from this year, and Bo got hurt in the 3rd quarter of the last game of the season.
Look at all of the great players they've had there over the years. Have any of them missed significant time during the season due to injury? No long-term injuries come to mind.

It is also a result of bad strength and conditioning, it will be interesting if Rock has a different outcome next year.
Shaun Dion Hamilton, Cameron Robinson, Korren Kirven, BJ Emmons, Alphonse Taylor, Bo Scarbrough, Eddie Jackson, are some of the Bama players that were injured at some point or another this season. Injuries happen everywhere. UT just had bad luck in having more significant injuries and injuries to positions where we did not have a lot of depth (IE LB and DT).

Had nothing to do with strength and conditioning it happened in the O&W game when Thomas and McKenzie came crashing into his left ankle as he was blocking Lewis. 600+lbs is to much for an ankle. He then added to the issue when Hall was driven into his leg in the Bama game that created a tendon injury on top of the ligament damage. Lucky to make it through the year.
