Eddie was a specimen of an athlete. I remember guarding him while playing basketball against his team in high school. He explosively dunked on us twice and he was only around 6 ft tall. Too bad his team wasnt very good.

Absolutely a nasty hit! Not sure if serious. And real fans remember that game vividly. We pounded them all game. Grossman kept fumbling. On the Kight hit Grossman was under pressure and trying to get rid of it.

What's the point of making this post without video?

The hit was mediocre. It's just that it was helmet to helmet. That's the only reason he was injured.

the fumbles werent called tho.. and on another note .. wth did he go for 2?? sure wish we had been up by 3 not 2 when uf scored the last td.

Sorry but can't get sucked into watching the whole game which will happen if I start to watch it. At what time in the video is the hit? I remember, but I'm sure watching a couple times will help me get through this day. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure he KO'd Kyte in the 2002 game too. I remember watching it and thinking I was having déjà vu because it was almost exactly the same play.
