I know with the post shared earlier that peeps want to name him the starter.... Pump your brakes just little folks lets see what they can do & pray that the coaches get it right by naming the guy that gives us the best chance to win.

I think you need a brake.

On the first attempt, he threw it into the ground. On the second attempt, he was a little late. Then I saw a good deep ball (with the announcer talking about accuracy issues), a shovel pass, a check down, a screen and thought... "This isn't exactly a bunch of deep drops under pressure." Then on the next play he took a 3 step drop, held onto it too long and got dumped... I laughed and clicked the red X.

But JG is gonna transfer to Rutgers after Chryst takes the job according to some

All I saw was a guy that stares down receivers and holds the ball too long. Serious question: was this a highlight tape?

Not a highlight tape, just some plays of him throwing the ball around. I thought he did a good job of finding receivers and moving around.

I’m hoping it’s a simple fix on Chryst. Some mechanics in qb movement or just simply getting comfortable with his receivers and how they run routes. Timing, his sense of involving the receivers. A qb whispering Helton will get it right.

I'm this far in and no pocket presents joke?
Seriously though, I've got a good feeling about this guy. He looks very poised in the pocket.

He did look pretty decent, but that video was footage of Chryst going up against a Brady Hoke defense that surrendered 502 points in 12 games, so... JG shouldn't pack his bags just yet.

If he does then he was beaten out, and prospects are null. JG will win starting opportunity. OL from last year would make Peyton look bad. He's dialing it in this year.

Huh? Who says I'm taking sides? All I'm saying is:

JG 2017 passer rating - 128.6
KC 2017 passer rating - 123.1

You show me "film" that tells me why I should anoint the new guy the starter before his first practice.

I see a lotta volnation talk of "hate" directed at JG.

But i see more hate directed at Chryst.

Their rationale being...its better for us if jg takes enormous strides and wins the job. Better for continuity. Thank god winning coaches dont overvalue such criteria.

Volnation bubble.

I think the video looks better than anything jg put together considering context of the one game view.

He didnt make many mistakes and never looked out of it or disconnected.

His receivers arent flashing on film thats for sure, and the defensive line and db's arent making it easy on him.
