Nah, it's not really that hard. If you manage successfully, make GOOD, decisive decisions, after actually listening to input from your team.. it's easy.
Those who don't listen to their counsels are setting themselves up for failure and I have no mercy if they make mistakes to knock them down a few pegs.
Being a successful manager is easy if you're competent.
