He stepped out about 4 yards before he was hit, but then he stayed in bounds like he didn't realize he stepped out, ref hadn't blown the whistle yet, and he got hit as he stepped out of bounds again.

So yes he had stepped out, but he kept playing and so did Bama, I don't think the hit was malicious, he hit him exactly like we were taught to tackle someone from that angle, it was perfect form, it just resulted in a bad luck injury, which sucks

If Holcombe had pulled up, how was he to know that Kamara wouldn't continue down the sideline? Kamara's left foot isn't even down and his right is in bounds when Holcombe leaves his feet. I was no dirtier than the hit on Chubb last year.
