Also posted in the recruiting forum, but per TOS reports, James is headed back to Tennessee after thinking things over and is expected to start class on Monday.

Phew...thank God. At least we have another starter on the offensive line. This dude is going to be a beast.

If true, that's fantastic. You think maybe the recruits know something about the coaching search that we don't....

Wonder if this is an indication that a coach has been found, and the news is good?

Come one... Throw me a line here; I'm drowning! lol

I think its a good deal too. If the Vols get a solid coach in place and the USC probation is announced in the next week, could get interesting.

That could very well be the case! Great thinking.

Post more often. You've been here a long time.

Or he was one of the ones on-campus and enrolled the day classes started and he realized if he went to another school he'd have to sit out a year and not going to class didn't change that.

You think the probation will come out that soon if at all?

They'll probably wait and give them the smackdown the week after NSD and screw all the kids who deserved to know that outcome in advance.

College athletes need a representative. They're getting the short end of the stick from too many coaches like the ones who just screwed us. The AA is supposed to be looking out for them.

Not sure my thinking is so great. I just fell for a link about USC probation from 1982.
