I said I hope he has a break out game. I love it when people get mad when facts are used.

We dont just need him, we need him to be better.

Theres a reason he aint starting. Hes had multiple chances to prove his worth and hasnt done it yet. Like I said, I hope he turns out to be the best CB ever, but he has a lot of improving to do

Just because the guy has all the measurables doesnt mean hes the best or even that he should be starting.

Who we need is Maybin, Kirkland, and Sutton.

Foreman did get beat but not technically. He stopped on the play & that was what allowed the UGA WR to get behind him. That's one thing you don't allow on that play with such few seconds left.

So, although he allowed the wrong thing to happen he didn't really get outrun or beat by the WR. He quit on the play & you can't do that. I'm sure he's learned a hard lesson from it.

If not for Miracle Man Jennings then it would probably be eating at him all this week but it didn't happen that way though. :good!:

I am glad that it did not lose game for Foreman too for Tennessee and my hometown of Kingsport... love seeing locals go to Tennessee and making us proud.

I'm with you on this! Byrd is a force and we need to use him. Like you said, he is only getting about 5 snaps on "O" put him at CB and let him BALL OUT! He is a game changer and we need to use him!

I know Martin is reinstated, but is he going to make the trip to College Station? I seem to remember there was still some doubts about that earlier in the week.

Depth is great but Buchanan is playing better than Martin was.

Sometimes all it takes is for a DB to get burnt bad and he gets shook. Forgets fundamentals and let's it affect his head. Also takes a hit to the confidence level and it takes a minute to get their heads right again.

Callaway is a speed WR whose quickness caused Martin to struggle. The larger A&M WRs aren't as quick as Callaway. Justin Martin needs to play this week. His skill set is designed for these types of match ups.

Justin Martin needs to learn to turn around and look for the ball. Until he does that, his absence is addition by subtraction.

Edit: just noticed the above post and my own used the same idiom.

Has he regressed from starting CB to special teams only?? Didn't see him on defense even with all the DB injuries
