My best friend from grade school that went on all my family vacations text me tonight, Roll Tide Roll!!!(I didn't answer) She and her husband are UT alumni and life long Tennessee fans. Her daughter is now a Bama freshman and her younger son is a Gator fan wearing Teblow jersey's.. My first rule would be I would not pay out of state tuition for Bama and I WOULD not buy a Tebow jersey.. Both my kids born and raised in Florida have know from a very young age this is not accepted in my house!! Am I crazy or do I just bleed orange??

So the team you root for is more important than your kids future?

they should be ashamed for sending their children to be instititionalized in such horrid places while at the same time taking away their pride by making them dress in rags not worthy of wiping the arse with.

ESPN panned the crowd late in the game and at least one third or more of the crowd was in Crimson. Thumbs down to the UT fans who sold their tickets. They should have them taken away for selling them out to Bama fans.

I'm not a big fan of Basilio's circus that is supposed to be a sports talk radio show...BUT, I loved an analogy he used to describe this team. He called the Vols a best-friend that he wasn't going to ditch now.
Personally, I've loved Tennessee like a family member since I was very little. Now that they are sick, I'm not going to turn my back on them. I'm going to be there for them to support their recovery, because at UT, it's a certainty that we will be back.
Big orange country!!!

Same here and I really love how the same people that will be on here in a few years when we are winning will once again be a Vol fan. I love the Vols win or lose and for an adult to come on a Vol message board and be so negative I say delete!!! Do I get Pi$$ed and frustrated, yes but will always bleed orange!!! GBO

OK 2 of my biggest pet peeves. (1) People who blow their effin nose in a restaurant. Nothing like taking a bite of food and hearing someone snot every where. I'd much rather someone pass gas real loud than to blow their nose while I'm eating. (2)Bandwagon sports fans. If it is Tenn orange & white, I love it. Until last year, around the tri-cities, there were so many "gator Fans". You know the ones, "I've always liked Fla, no I dont know the name of their fight song". Now its Bama, Bama, Bama. Stay with your team. If the Atlanta Braves lose all 162 games next year, my dad, bless his heart, will watch every one of them. Its gonna be a fun trip back to the top guys, and WE WILL get there, after all we're the VOLS.

My 3 kids have been raised in Georgia, Florida and Alabama. My son has been a Bulldog fan since he was little and my girls are barn fans (no they didn't become AU fans this year). I absolutely bleed orange but I have never forced that on my kids. At least they all hate Bama and UF. Anyways my boy loves UT almost as much as UGA. I almost got him turned. Which is saying something considering how we have played lately.
