Your side of the story isn't bias or anything. With that being said, I think I will wait for all of the reports to be released. There is still a lot of speculation and hearsay at this point.

I guess I need to grow up though...

Sounds to me like you are misrepresenting some facts of this story.

Who gives a crap what the owner said about the VIP, its NOT a violation as they have already talked to the university and coaches the VIP status is given to over 300 people... They have cards that are given out to many many people.. They also let you in free with a student id... The only thing they get over other people is let in the front of the line... So blaming the bar and Sandy for this is just moronic.. You guys really should be worried about a innocent person and officer who where assaulted for no reason.

As for the officer involved, and perhaps he didn't have time...but being a cop...you punch me, and I remain conscious...you are about to get a very bad case of lead poisoning.

And yes, I've been there.

If any, ANY, UT players were part of the crowd that assaulted the officer, or the other parties involved, then they should be (a) kicked off the team yesterday, and (b) prosecuted to the limit of the law. Which, as we all know, means probation.

I'd rather abandon my status as a UT fan than support a group of thugs.

Yep - I know several who said they saw it quite differently than that.

Hilarious - he really thinks anyone is going to believe a fellow "bumped" into Montori Hughes and apologized very nicely yet proceeded to get his *** beat by him? LOL. And the police office kindly asked them to stop too I'm sure.

I've got a lot of friends who are LEO's and not for one minute do I buy the fact that some cops don't hve a huge chip on their shoulder.... Not saying that's the case here but on college campii all over the US there are stories aplenty of cops hassling athletes just because they are athletes..... I know a guy from Columbia SC who knows firsthand about the problems they were having with the head of the campus PD......
