Apparently Iowan children aren't familiar with skin that isn't lily white. As he gets older he wont get made fun of, he'll be the cool kid with the tan!

He didn't stick out in the pics you posted. If I had to guess it's the one thing he's shown sensitivity to and he's the new kid. They are going to test the new kid
