Enjoy - I've only spent a very limited amount of time on one but what I saw blew me away. I'm impressed that they got it to you before Christmas. Have fun!

I am looking for advice on games. I am thinking Call of Duty 2, Project Gotham 3 and either Madden or NBA 2k6. Any suggestions?

OWB, don't worry, you won't get rid of me that easily.

Madden blows. If you want a good deal on it regardless, call Seeders. He's looking to sell it after having it for a day.

NBA Live is awful. NBA 2K6 is pretty much the XBOX version in 720p. Nothing all that new.

Project Gotham is cool. Lots of people love NFS:Most Wanted but it appears you played it out on regular XBOX.

COD2 is the best selling game so far and good from what I hear.

Condemned is a good rental but a waste to purchase. You can beat it in 10-15 hours of gameplay. Kameo is the same way.

Perfect Dark is fairly good but nothing extradinary.

I would suggest checking out Geometry Wars and Zuma on XBOX Live arcade. Both are $10 or less and very fun games. Zuma may be the most played game on my system if you include my wife's time playing it. Other than that, Project Gotham has gotten the most playing time.

BTW, I got my new Golden Tee FORE! Complete upgrade. Includes all the old courses (29 total), so my XBOX may get some time off for the next few days.

Oh, it should be noted that there are some demos on LIVE right now. There's playable demos of Kameo, FIFA, Madden, NBA Live, and Most Wanted. Might be one or two more. Those are good to download and waste some time seeing other games out there. But, after trying any of the EA games, you will NOT be rushing out to buy them.

I've heard Madden sucks. Apparantley it's completely skin and bones.

Call Of Duty is supposed to be amazing, Project Gotham... And there might be one or two more that are decent. Overall, kind of a crappy launch slate for the XBox 360. Oh well, I'm sure they'll come out with more games, and hopefully it won't take two years to stop sucking wind like the original XBox did.

I need to check out LIVE. What do I have to do???

I ended up getting COD2 which I am playing now, Project Gotham 3, and I went ahead and got NBA 2k6 which seems decent so far. I really would like Madden since I don't have it on regular xbox but it sounds like a waste. I would like to get at least one more game but I am unsure of what.

What is xbox live arcade??

Congrats on Golden Tee DrRR, sounds sweet. Are you on vacation at all?

btw, have any of you played live with cod2? I guess you can play with up to 8?

If you get Madden '06, get it for Xbox. Though I, and everybody else I know who has played both Madden '06 and NCAA '06, says NCAA is a superior game in almost every way.

I mentioned this above, but you should try the demos of Geometry Wars and Zuma in the Live Arcade. 2 very good games.

Zuma was pretty cool, and I will have to try Geometry Wars.

I have been spending most of my time playing COD2 so I will have to spend some time on PGR3 before I play you.
