the inaugural season of Old Dominion football. :) I know it's not the big time but they were pretty cheap and made the woman happy (6 home games for $120 plus parking pass). Should be fun!

not sure yet. We got them with a big group of her friends and all they told us was somewhere between the 5-20yd line. Pick em up on the 6th so should know more then.

Let me know if you plan on coming for a game.

no matter where my degree takes me, I'll be in Norfolk on September 5, 2009. It will suck to not be in Neyland for the WKU game, but I'll suffice.

Have you been by the campus lately? Any work on Foreman Field?

Haven't been there lately but we're going that way this weekend. Will see what it looks like. Should be packed for that first season.

looks good! Wish I could make both season openers (ODU and UT) but don't think we can make it to Knoxville in time

just thought I'd bump since tickets are in hand (well, almost) and it's time to start a new season. The people we're tailgating with have assured me they will have the UT game playing so it should be a fun first season

volfanbill, you coming in?

let me know if you're going to make a game and I'll buy you a beer. I should make all games that don't directly conflict with UT games
